Life Empowerment International, LEI is a women-led, nonpolitical, and non-discriminatory nonprofit organization based in Richmond, Virginia, empowering girls and women to lead with confidence, live with dignity, and shape peaceful, resilient, and sustainable communities.
LEI works primarily in the United States and globally through partnerships with institutional organizations, governments, civil society groups, professionals, volunteers, and community leaders, with a special focus on developing countries and underserved communities.
At the heart of LEI’s work is a simple belief: when girls and women are empowered, families grow stronger, communities become more peaceful, and future generations inherit greater opportunity.
Through structured leadership development, peacebuilding, Global Circles, volunteer engagement, mentoring, and partnership-based programs, LEI helps girls, women, youth, and emerging leaders become agents of change in their own lives, families, communities, and nations.
